How do I change the online Appointuit icons showing on the Appointment book?

Incorrect Icons

To avoid any issues with the incorrect icons showing next to the online appointments on your appointment book, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Appointuit Dashboard
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on your practice
  4. From the left side menu, Click on Appointment types
  5. Select the appointment type and click on Edit.
  6. Change the Type to standard and the appointment type link to vaccination. This is necessary to force a reset.
  7. Click on Save.
  8. Change the Type to "Custom" and the appointment type link to "1- Standard".
  9. Click on Save.
  10. Book a test appointment and confirm that no more icons are showing.

 

DETAILED STEPS:

1. Log into the Appointuit Dashboard:

3. Click on your practice

 

4. From the left side menu, Click on Appointment types
5. Select the appointment type and click on Edit.

 

 

6. Change the Type to standard and the appointment type link to vaccination. This step is necessary to force a reset.
7. Click on Save.


8. Change the Type to "Custom" and the appointment type link to "1- Standard". This is how all the appointment types should be set up on the Appointuit Dashboard:

Type: Custom
Appointment type link: 1- Standard

9. Click on Save.


10. Book a test appointment and confirm that no more icons are showing.
