By default Appointuit will only make available appointment times that are not marked as 'Other Location'.
Practices sometimes use 'Other Location' to indicate sessions where a practitioner is off site, or simply to display that session in a different colour.
To allow these 'Other Location' appointments to be available online you'll need to perform the following:
- Connect to the Desktop/Server that has the Appointuit Connector installed
- Open the Appointuit Connector Controller and click Stop Service
- Click on Menu > Settings
- Tick the checkbox Display appointment times for 'Other Location'
- Click Ok
- Click Start Service
These 'Other Location' appointment times will now display.
